Q: Can I reserve the conference room and seminar room for my meeting?

A: All rooms have a reservation calender. Please send your requests to Erina DuBois (edubois@stanford.edu) or Jo Yuan (joyuan@stanford.edu).

Q: Can I park on the AIF premises?

A: All parking is strictly regulated at all times. A red special permit is required for visitors parking onsite. Please follow the parking signs carefully to avoid penalty.

Q: Who should I contact to gain access to the building?

A: See the VAIL Access section on cars.stanford.edu and email Erina DuBois (edubois@stanford.edu) once you've completed the online courses and the access forms.

Q: There is an oil leak, what should I do?

A: If the spill is greater than 30 ml (2.02 tbsp), immediately contact EH&S at 725-9999.

Q: Is there a lost and found?

A: There is a lost and found box in the lounge.
